Elements Form

Element Forms are the generic things needed to execute isoBlogs™, like a shopping list for doing: e.g. gear, equipment, food products.

Products Form

Products Forms are extensions of elements that details specific product information, such as setup instructions or user guides.

Active Form

Active Forms enable any task defined by a combination of sets, elements, instructions, repetitions, resistance or duration, and intensity: e.g exercises, repetitive training, sports

Nutritive Form

Nutritive Forms enable any task defined by steps, techniques, instructions and amounts: e.g menus, recipes, food preparation

Cognitive Form

Cognitive Forms enable any task defined by instructions and user-feedback: e.g surveys, lessons, programs.

Operative Form

Operative Forms enable any task defined by steps, instructions and amounts.

Session Form

Session Forms are any set of active and/or nutritive and/or cognitive isoBlogs™ forms grouped together in a cohesive block of instruction: e.g workouts, blocks of instruction, one day events.

Course Form

A Course Forms is set of tasks and sessions sequenced together over a specific period of time: e.g Seasonal Training, Education, Plans.

Tiered-Course Form

A Tiered-Course Form is a set of isoBlogs Courses sequenced together in phases and levels.

Custom Forms

Custom Forms are developed to meet specific industry requirements and are added to the HexagonLogic™ Platform as needed.
