Since its appearance, ROYDX has been favored by the elites of the aristocrats, who were attracted by its consistently noble style, high quality, and unique fashionable style of England. The birth of ROYDX all started with a wonderful thought.
In 1918, the English Warrant Officer York Roydx was sent to Ireland, and invited by Henry, the Duke of Gloucester to his birthday banquet. The gold-plated copper inlay of exquisite royal tableware, pots and pans used in the banquet had given Roydx a profound visual and spiritual impact. Born from a family of art collection, a fantastic idea suddenly sprouted in Roydx's mind, that is to let more upper-class elite experience the royal luxurious living. From then on, Roydx started to plan using the newly found stainless steel material to make an extraordinary cookware.A year after, the first finely made ROYDX stainless steel cookware was born. By its unique design, exquisite, fashionable yet noble qualities, celebrities and senior military officers all came to Roydx especially for custom made pots, pans, and kitchen knives. At that time, It was a high honor for the upper class to possess the products of York Roydx's design.
