张永和，别名惠林（1940年10月27日－）生于中国兰州。美国华人科学家，特许化学家。 提出了离子共价论[1][2][3]。 发表了原子核电荷、离子电负性[4] 、路易士阳离子强度[5] 、离子共价交联密度[6]及离子激化能等化学模式[7] 。 研究成果获得广泛应用并形成世界学派[8]。
